At the end of Shabbat, a group of queer, Jewish friends in Newton, Massachusetts, meet up for a havdalah ceremony—using candles, spices, and wine to awaken their senses and appreciate the beauty in their traditions and in one another.

The Radical Jewish Calendar is organized by Jewish month, layering Jewish and Gregorian dates, astrological happenings, holidays, and political history. 12 months of political art, culture, and history made by dreamers, artists, and organizers who want to know what time it is. Get the 7th of edition of the calendar celebrating Jewish culture that is intersectional, queer, feminist, anti-racist, and that challenges and builds a Judaism and Jewishness beyond Zionism. 

In 5783 coco's work, Olam HaBa, was included for the month of Av. The piece is acrylic gauche, paper collage, paint marker, and linoleum block print ink.

The first ever (known) Jewish Zine Festival celebrated its unconventional publishing in Av of 5782 / August of 2022. coco was among the organizing and planning kamitet (committee) for the festival).

The Fulbright U.S. Student Alumni Ambassador Program was established in 2008 to identify, train and engage a select group of approximately 20 Fulbright U.S. Student Program alumni each year to serve as representatives, recruiters and voices for the Fulbright Program. Fulbright Alumni Ambassadors represent the program's rich diversity and play a key role in increasing knowledge about Fulbright opportunities. 

coco is a 2022 Alumni Ambassador, featured on the Fulbright US Student Program website and social media and traveling to speak and connect with future Fulbright Grantees around the country.
